Jakob Dau is the man behind Crucave, he has more than 15 years of experience in wine storage and wine equipment.

Crucave was a dream that smoldered in Jakob’s heart for many years, an idea that was constantly maturing in his mind. But it was not until 2022 that this vision finally saw the light of day and became reality.

Jakob dreamed of creating a new leg for the Wineandbarrels company that could unite his love of wine and quality with his deep knowledge of wine storage and take it to a whole new level.

Crucave was launched as a tribute to Jakob’s own love of wine and as a gift to wine enthusiasts across Europe.
