THE PROCESS

Client’s Vision

The initial phase of our process commences with understanding the client’s vision and aspirations for their ideal wine room or wine cellar. We work closely with both private, residential clients as well as commercial companies.

We begin with an in-depth conversation, either in person or virtually, where we attentively listen to the client’s desires, preferences, and requirements. We aim to grasp the ambiance they envision, the capacity they need, and the design elements that hold significance to them. Our experienced consultants pose pertinent questions to unearth all relevant details and create a clear understanding of the client’s dreams.

THE PROCESSS

On-Site Consultation

After understanding the client’s vision, we arrange an on-site meeting to further discuss their requirements and establish a clear timeline. This meeting is crucial to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the client’s wishes and practical considerations. We take the opportunity to assess the physical space, discuss any potential challenges, and confirm the project’s scope. This step helps us solidify the plan before moving on to the design phase.

3

THE PROCESS

Design Phase: Solutions and Concepts

In this stage, our design team meticulously develops solutions that align with the client’s vision. We create detailed design concepts, incorporating various elements such as storage capacity, aesthetic preferences, climate control, and more. These concepts are presented to the client for approval. Through collaborative discussions, we refine the design until there’s a unanimous agreement between the client and the practical implementation.

4

THE PROCESS

Module and Material Production – Finishing

Once the design is finalized, we proceed to the production phase. Our skilled craftsmen fabricate the modules and gather the necessary materials according to the approved design. High-quality materials are chosen to ensure the durability and aesthetics of the wine room or wine cellar. The finishing touches, including painting, staining, or any other customizations, are applied to achieve the desired look and feel.

THE PROCESS

Installation by a Professional Team

With the custom components ready, our professional installation team is dispatched to the client’s location. This team is well-versed in assembling and setting up wine rooms and wine cellars while adhering to the exact specifications of the design. They handle the installation of storage units, climate control systems, lighting, and any other features. The result is a fully realized wine cellar that reflects the client’s dream, equipped with all necessary functionalities and aesthetics.

By following these five steps – from understanding the client’s vision to creating a functional and beautiful wine cellar or wine room – we ensure that the end result exceeds expectations and brings the client’s dream wine space to life.
